Refund policy


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Please put "RETURN" in the subject line. Make sure to include the item you would like to return and why you want to return it. We will email you a return shipping label. Once the item(s) are received we will refund you. 


If you would like to exchange an item for one we have in stock, please email us at and put "EXCHANGE" in the subject line. We will email you a return shipping label if the item you are requesting is in stock. Once we receive the item to exchange, we will ship out your requested item(s).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
