Debi has inspired others through fitness for over 10 years, and she’s been with Kota since 2014. She isn’t always focused on fitness by numbers, but more on the lasting changes that people make to continue living a healthy lifestyle. Because there are no quick fixes when it comes to fitness, Debi enjoys seeing people change their lives as they keep up with their fitness journey.
